About me
Antanas Melinis is a current PhD student at University College London and the conservation science fellow at English Heritage. He has a background in archaeology, archaeometry, and heritage science, with a specialisation on preventive glass conservation and materials analysis using SEM-EDX and DVS. His research interests include inorganic material science, research of historical documents and maps, as well as non-destructive analysis using techniques such as X-Ray fluorescence, acoustic emission, and FTIR. Antanas is currently a board member of the ICON Heritage Science group.
