About me
Corrine Long received her Bachelor or Arts in Art History and Studio Art from the University of New Hampshire in 2012. She held a two-year internship with Gianfranco Pocobene Studio from 2013-2015 before working as a decorative paintings restorer at John Canning Studios where she gained experience working on large scale team projects. Corrine immersed herself in paintings and mural conservation as an assistant conservator at Gianfranco Pocobene Studio in Boston MA from 2016-2018. Here she worked on a wide variety of easel paintings and murals. She is also a trained production potter and ceramic artist. Corrine is currently undertaking her graduate studies in the Master of Art Conservation Program at Queen’s University – Class of 2020.
Areas of Interest: Conservation of painted surfaces; murals, public art, large scale canvas and panel paintings and their support systems.
