About me
Eugenie Milroy is a Professional Associate of the American Institute for Conservation (AIC) with many years of museum and conservation experience. She is a Principal at A.M. Art Conservation, LLC the private practice she co-founded in 2009. Based in New York, the company helps institutions and individuals preserve their art and cultural property for future generations through conservation treatment, preservation consulting, collections management services, education and training. Eugenie has served on the steering committee and trained with the Heritage Response Team of Alliance for Response NYC, which connects emergency responders with representatives of the cultural heritage community to strengthen disaster mitigation and response capabilities. Eugenie studied art conservation and art history at New York University’s Conservation Center at the Institute of Fine Arts. After completing her internship at the Cloisters division of the Met, she carried out fellowships in the Anthropology department of the American Museum of Natural History. Eugenie received her undergraduate degree in Art History from Barnard College, Columbia University.
