About me
Kari Rayner is an Associate Conservator of Paintings at the J. Paul Getty Museum. She completed her graduate training at the Conservation Center of the Institute of Fine Arts, New York University, receiving an MA in art history and Advanced Certificate in conservation. Prior to joining the staff of the Getty Museum in 2020, Kari held various internships and fellowships, including at: the Wallraf-Richartz-Museum in Cologne, Germany; Modern Art Conservation in New York City; the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C.; the Hamilton Kerr Institute, University of Cambridge; and The Metropolitan Museum of Art.
