About me
Lisa Goldberg is a conservator in private practice with a focus on preventive care as well as health and safety issues. Her practice, Goldberg Preservation Services LLC, provides conservation assessments, evaluation and treatments for various institutions and individuals, including consultations and treatment projects to help resolve issues related to exhibit, support and storage, transport and environment of collection items.
As long-time editor of the AIC News, she regularly works with authors and various committees to help bring publication projects to fruition. Lisa is a former chair of the AIC Health and Safety Committee and is currently program chair for the Preventive Care Network. She is a member of SPNHC and AAM and is a Professional Member and Fellow of AIC and IIC. Lisa was part of the organizing committee for the session, "Arsenic: A Collection Component" at the last AIC Annual Meeting. She is currently involved in the Contamination and Pesticide Residues Working Group and is a member of the AIHA/AIC Museum Industries Working Group. Lisa is submitting this abstract on behalf of the entire panel for this presentation.
