About me
Laura McCann is the Director and Conservation Librarian in the Barbara Goldsmith Preservation and Conservation Department at New York University (NYU) Libraries. Previously, she served as the Conservation Librarian at NYU Libraries and the Deputy Director of the NYC Municipal Archives. She holds an MSLIS from the Palmer School of Library and Information Science at Long Island University, an MA in Paper Conservation from Camberwell College of Arts, and a BA from Bates College. Laura is a Fellow of the American Institute for Conservation (AIC).
