AIC's 53rd Annual Meeting

Pejuta Haka Win Red Eagle is an Oglala Lakota/Waḣpekute & Waḣpetuŋwaŋ Dakota wiŋyaŋ and museum professional with experience working in both Native-led and non Native-led museums and cultural centers. She is happiest when she is immersed in a work environment that endeavors to preserve Native material culture and history and strengthen indigenous identity. She is a student of generational, familial knowledge and this dictates the direction of her work.
