About me
Sonya Barron is a book and paper conservator at the National Archives and Records Administration. She has previously worked at the Huntington Library in San Marino, CA Iowa State University Library in Ames and at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington DC. She started her journey in the conservation profession at the Arizona State Museum, University of Arizona in the field of archaeological and ethnographic materials. Sonya is a graduate of the University of Texas graduate program in library and archives conservation. She is a Professional Associate of AIC.
