Dina Zaki holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Archaeology from Cairo University, specializing in Restoration and Conservation. She completed her studies in Cairo, Egypt, from 2000 to 2004. Since 2011, she has been working as a conservator at the Manial Palace Museum in the Department of Restoration and Conservation, under the Ministry of Tourism & Antiquities. From 2017 to 2020, she worked as a conservator on the restoration project of the Muhammad Ali Mausoleum at Saladin Citadel, managed by the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities. In 2012, she contributed to the conservation efforts at Al-Saleh Tala’i Mosque, working with Hassan Allam Sons Company. Between 2009 and 2010, she was involved in the restoration of Mohamed Ali Palace, also under Hassan Allam Sons Company. From 2007 to 2009, she worked on the conservation of the National Theater as part of a project with Hassan Allam Sons Company. Between 2004 and 2006, she participated in the restoration of Islamic archaeological buildings, including the Taz Prince Palace and Sadat House, in collaboration with Hassan Allam Sons Company.
