About me
Ingrid A. Neuman is currently the Senior Conservator at the RISD Museum. She specializes in the care of three-dimensional objects. In addition to her responsibilities at the RISD Museum, Ingrid teaches a Use and Sustainability of Artist Materials undergraduate course at RISD as well as a Collections Care and Preventive Conservation graduate level Museum Studies course at Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts. Prior to her employment at the RISD Museum, Ingrid was an Objects Conservator at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts. Additionally, Ingrid enjoys reviewing and writing grants for collections care projects. Ingrid particularly enjoys working with artists and art students and introducing conservation materials to them.
