About me
Julio M. del Hoyo-Meléndez is Head of the Laboratory of Analysis and Non-Destructive Investigation of Heritage Objects at the National Museum in Krakow, Poland. He holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico and a master's degree in chemistry from the University of Houston. He earned a PhD in science and conservation of cultural heritage from the Department of Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of the American Institute for Conservation.
