About me
Pamela is the Senior Associate Paintings Conservator at Modern Art Conservation, a private practice in New York City. She received a Master's of Science degree in Art Conservation from the Winterthur/University of Delaware Program in 2016. Her previous experience includes six years of pre-program administrative and lab technician work at the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden; graduate internships at the Smithsonian American Art Museum, Artex, and MAC; and post-graduate contract work for the Hirshhorn, the Dallas Museum of Art and Glenstone. Pamela has been a guest lecturer for the Institute of Fine Art's Conservation Center course on the treatment of modern paintings, teaching approaches to and materials used in the cleaning of modern painted artworks.
