About me
Rebecca Ellis is a nationally recognized leader in the building commissioning industry. She is a LEED® Accredited Professional and licensed professional engineer in 16 states. She has Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, respectively. Ms. Ellis has over 35 years of experience engineering, troubleshooting, and optimizing a variety of HVAC systems, but her first passion is museums and storage facilities requiring tight temperature and relative humidity conditions. Her clients have included the Art Institute of Chicago, the National Gallery of Art, the Getty, the Minneapolis Institute of Art, and The Museum of Russian Art.
