About me
Teresa Duncan is a conservation scientist at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC. She received her PhD in Chemistry at Georgetown University, after which she completed two Postdoctoral fellowships, one at the National Institute of Standards and Technology and one at Smithsonian Institution’s Museum Conservation Institute. She is interested in working with conservators to understand currently used methods and develop new strategies for challenging conservation treatments.
